Hey, I'm Aman (uh-min).

After 10+ years of product in tech and founding a successful startup, I’ve decided to be a coach to help people get roles in tech and succeed at them.

Before coaching, I’ve grown and “built” products across companies of all sizes like Square, Box, Symantec, Alan.com, Steno.ai, and Fastbite (cofounded, acquired by Square), from pre-seed (1 employee) to public (20K employees) as leading PM (more here)

Yet I lacked experience coaching and growing a team of product managers, I decided to unbundle coaching from management to see if a) I’d love it and b) understand issues product managers are facing at the ground level.

5 years later, I’ve coached hundreds of folks and loved every minute of it. My wife literally says “you’re energy is infectious after each call”.

The most common coaching client I get is one looking for their next PM job, second most is actual help on the job (product leadership and strategy), and most recently, founders building products from 0 to 1.

I tug the line between coach and mentor. I aim to position myself as a peer, who is in the trenches with you, as you work through your career ambitions and goals.

I know a unique style of coaching and not for everyone.

My Services


I tailor our conversations and experience to each client's needs. The intake survey I start is designed for me to get to know more about you but also for you to take a pause, step back, and learn more about yourself before we get started. As we move into core coaching, we'll work on some things that span months or years and other tactical day-to-day issues. I like to balance question-driven coaching with ~30% teaching (but only when you ask) to help you become a more effective.
